I recently spent two weeks at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location, while a bit far from central attractions, had convenient access to the MTR, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the facilities, including the gym and pool, were great. However, the dining options were a bit pricey, which might be a consideration for some travelers.
